As you may know, Mental Health Awareness Week is coming soon (18-24th May). Because of the pandemic the theme has now been changed to Kindness.

The MH Foundation has issued their supporter pack. It is quite comprehensive. It includes family/friends home and community. Please click here to see the supporter pack.
