Home Learning

Hello parents and carers, welcome to the Home Learning menu.

Please do:

  • Keep in mind 1:1 learning at home is much more intensive than 1:30 in class.
  • Aim for a little each day, keep it varied and keep it fun.
  • Follow their interests and see what they want to find out about as self learning opportunities.
  • There is no right or wrong amount to be completed, it must be realistically manageable for you and your family.
  • Above all, we want your children to feel safe and secure.

We will pick up full-time learning when we get back to school.

Within this page you will find a range of learning activities your child can complete at home both independently and with adult support.  If you have any queries or questions regarding the home learning please contact us at: admin@chatsworth.bexley.sc.uk and we will check this periodically.

We would love to see the children's work so please do send it in or tag us on Twitter!

Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to hearing from you.

Year Group Mailboxes

We have now created year group mailboxes where you can send in your child's home learning for your teachers to enjoy. They will be able to look at the learning that is happening at home and see the wonderful work the children are creating. We will try and put some of the home learning on to Twitter @CISBOJTPA and on to the newsletter sent out each week from the hub. The home learning will not be marked by your child's teacher, this is just an opportunity for your child to celebrate the hard work they have been doing at home with their class teacher.

The year group mailboxes are as follow:

Year 1: year1@chatsworth.bexley.sch.uk

Year 2: year2@chatsworth.bexley.sch.uk

Reception: yearrec@chatsworth.bexley.sch.uk

For any queries or support, please email admin@chatsworth.bexley.sch.uk .
